You just pitch a different thing, Jack! Your pitch has great value!

I really enjoyed that, Jack The One I Follow. You might be related. Your great grandfather? changed the spelling? Maybe he had siblings who followed suit. You never know unless you do one of those Ancestry DNA searches. 😉

Delightful read.

I'm pretty sure you have been pitching stories and cartoons your whole life. I know you won't believe this, but I have to spell my name because people hear Nelson not Melton. If I was on radio I'd just go with Ron Nelson! Also, my dad was the catcher on the UC Berkeley baseball team which won the NCAA championship. His brother Dave went pro, but my dad said there was no money in it back then and he became a high school baseball coach, teacher, and administrator! 😂

And I'm Lloyd Bentsen.

I know Jack Ohman, and you're no Jack Ohman.

It’s true. But I am Jack Kennedy.

Nice light introspection Jack-the opposite of that piece of cheesecake late at 10:30 pm!

But very good together it seems:)

We'll need to check in on The Other Jack as he matures. Perhaps he has a very bright future. The US did have a president who pitched for Yale.

Look how that turned out.

Seems with a walk you'll be just fine...

Have you reached out to the other Jack to introduce yourself and say hi? I'm sure he is as intrigued by you as you are with him.

I like to think I have a unique name; but it ain't so. Once I even got email from someone this guy went to Columbia (ever heard of it?) with and I had to break the news to her.

This is definitely not me.
