Surprise! Donald Trump is a racist!

His catastrophic appearance before the National Association of Black Journalists showed who he is. Is it who we really are?

Spoiler Alert: Donald Trump is going there on race, like he’s done for decades.

Let me be clearer: Donald Trump was and continues to be a goddamned racist. Sorry. I was kinda polite in the lede. You deserve better.

Shall we start with Trump and his greasy sleaze ball slumlord of a father (no need for a paternity test, Donnie is his boy)?

This dynastic duo of shittiness systematically kept Blacks from renting their apartment complexes for decades. The Fair Housing case crept along at about the speed of Eric Trump’s brainwaves; Trump retained bottom feeder liar/lawyer Roy Cohn, and the Justice Department, for some reason, wearied of the case. Trump slithered off with a fine. Read the NYT story here, in case it’s slipped your mind.

Then let’s touch on the Central Park Five, where a jogger was allegedly raped by five Black and Latino kids, none of whom were the Central Park Five. There was one real rapist, a serial offender, which did not include the Central Park Five.

In 1989, Trump took out a full page ad in all the New York newspapers calling for the return of the death penalty. Their sentences were later vacated in 2002, and the now-Exonerated Five got a $41 million settlement. You know, not only for the trouble of being in prison for 7 to 13 years , but also for being smeared by Actual Convicted Rapist Donald J. Trump.

How would Don do in his death penalty world?

No Donnie, folks. He’d be long, bigly gone, a temporary stain on an electric chair.

Although the five men have been adjudicated innocent, Trump won’t let that go, and, at this hour, hasn’t remotely apologized. The difference between Trump’s 34 felony convictions and the Central Park Five is clear. They are innocent, Trump is not.

Fast forward to Donald Trump’s silly prosecution of a falsehood against former President Barack Obama. Trump became convinced that it would be a good idea to question Obama’s birthplace, which was Honolulu, Hawaii, which, last time I checked, has been in the United States, not Kenya, since 1959. This was routinely proven to be false.

But hey. JD Vance didn’t have sexual relations with that sofa, Miss Levitz ( furniture store joke, in case you were wondering).

Right?

There are three most-easily documented cases of Donald Trump being a racist. Oh, how many Blacks were in his cabinet or any of his senior advisers? Need help counting? You can borrow my fingers if you run out, but you won’t. It’ll be easily counted with one paw.

Of course, most of his yahoo supporters love that Trump is a racist, because, you know, Blacks and Mexicans and everyone else who is high on melanin are taking their jobs. It’s what they wanted. Meanwhile, let’s see the older white male guy line for those fabulous housekeeping jobs and landscaping gigs.

At the National Association of Black Journalists meeting today, Trump soiled himself again on live national television proving sentence after sentence that he hates people who don’t look like him (bloated, pasty, orange spray-painted, surgically altered hairline).

Trump got off to, shall we say, a bad start. First, he teed off on Rachel Scott of ABC News for asking “nasty” and “rude” questions. She cited some of his race baiting antics.

“I came onto a stage like this and I got treated so rudely,” Trump wept. So very sad when people get treated rudely, so rudely.

Now, now, we can’t have that sort of thing directed at Donald Trump. That’s his brand that he has carefully burnished since 1963, when he trailed his toilet of a father behind like a piece of errant bathroom tissue.

Then Mr. Love starting warming up his race-baiting in the bullpen. Then he called it on the red phone. We’re losing. We need you in NOW. I know I make you pitch too much, but my job is on the line in the front office.

Referring to Vice President Kamala Harris, to whom he gave a $5000 contribution (she retuned it and another one), he said, “She was Indian all the way, and then all of a sudden she made a turn and she became a Black person…and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black. Now she wants to be known as Black. So I don’t know — is she Indian or is she Black?”

Well, buddy, she grew up in Oakland, went to Howard, an HBCU, has always said she was Black and Indian since, well, about the time Donnie was keeping people like her—that little girl, too—out of his dinky, moldy, drippy, slimy slapdash apartments. I’ve been in California since 2012, and she’s always been what she is and what said she was.

Plus, who gives a flying fig what her race is?

I guess we could go back and talk about Trump’s pimp German grandfather and sire Fred C. Trump’s arrest for being refusing to disperse in a Queens KKK riot in 1927. Donnie’s response when he found out?

“He was never arrested. He has nothing to do with this. This never happened. This is nonsense and it never happened…This never happened. Never took place. He was never arrested, never convicted, never even charged. It’s a completely false, ridiculous story. He was never there! It never happened. Never took place.”

Sound familiar?

But hey. You come from a long line of racially sensitive volks. I mean folks. And your grandfather was a pimp: repeating for all needing.

Trump continued to smear the soil from his Depends all over himself at NABJ.

“I respect either one but she obviously doesn’t because she was Indian all the way, and then all of a sudden she made a turn and she became a Black person,” he blithered.“I love the Black population of this country…I’ve done so much for the Black population of this country.”

Trump also sidestepped a question about DEI and Harris. I have seen Harris in a full Senate race, and one thing she doesn’t need is any special assistance to get where she is. She wiped the floor with a truly moronic Democratic member of Congress who was running against her in the primary. She broke the mortgage racketeers in California when she was AG, and she stood up to Sen. Dianne Feinstein on the death penalty, who was indeed comically too old to serve when I met her in 2018.

Dianne Feinstein was super scary, too. That Harris took her on required real courage.

Vice President Harris is, um, used to this kind of thing. All she said in response was, like a president should, “The American people deserve better.”

Now, I like Harris. I have met her several times, and while I quibbled with her well-documented vagueness and a few other things, I have a very positive impression of her as politician and a person.

But she should have put her teeth marks in his other ear.

And I am sure she will going forward, for her number one skillset is capping people verbally. You’ve seen it in the Senate when she would question people. No prisoners taken, no quarter given.

If Trump agrees to debate her, and I am unconvinced he will, given that she’s clearly got a solid chance to send him back to his garish, tasteless whorehouse of a club forever.

The American people, more than half anyway, are exhausted by living in his weird (yay! I said it) brothel.

A short conversation with a person of color who lives in my house featured her throwing up her hands when I said Trump’s performance was a disaster. She noted, accurately, that we all knew this, his people don’t care, and it’s the tasty white meat they crave to assuage their feelings about a multicultural society.

I think she’s right, but I think this one may have even the proto-Nazis like Stephen Miller in his sick, enabling entourage roll their eyes.

“Mr. President, um, you know, maybe we shouldn't come right out and and actually say on live television things that demonstrate what a shitbag you really are.”

Trump doesn’t advocate racism. He is the corporeal presence of racism itself.

Oh, that doesn’t go far enough.

When I hear politicians say, oh, that’s not who we really are, well, lemme learn ya something, in the words of my dear old dad: it is who we are, Trump taps into it, and let’s hope to God that we’ve matured a micron since this white supremacist lost, and then tried to steal the election.

Is that too nasty, Mr. Peepants President?

It’s just true, unlike the sewage you spewed about Harris today.

On social media, Trump layered on whatever filth he had neglected to smear earlier.“Crazy Kamala is saying she’s Indian, not Black…She uses everybody, including her racial identity.”

Crazy Kamala, huh? Sir (he loves that), may I take you in for a psych eval?

Trump also added this truth, after saying the assassination attempt had changed him prior to his meandering Reichstag Fire oratory at the Nuremberg rally in Milwaukee.

Naw.

“When I got hit, everybody thought I was going to be a nice guy…I really agreed with that for about eight hours or so.”

Crazy Kamala is laughing at this clown in front of the entire country, and I hope her laugh makes the lying racist weirdo (Yes, again) even crazier than he is now.
